Who We Are

We help women find connections with other women as well as find themselves again after a breast cancer diagnosis.

Women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer oftentimes feel vulnerable. Although many women have support of loved ones, some go through the journey alone. No matter what support they have, it’s a lonely journey that only those who have also walked the same path can understand.

Pink Sistas offers that connection for women through no-cost day retreats and no-cost 3 day beach retreats.

At our day retreats, women have the opportunity to share their story, have lunch on our 22-foot pink drifter party barge, kayak, paddle board, and network with other like-minded women who are also breast cancer survivors or fighters. The result is the opportunity to develop strong bonds and a chance to relax and simply have fun. And at our 3 day beach retreats, women share their story, enjoy relaxing, walking on the beach, taking meals together, doing crafts, and most importantly; make friendships and connections that offer a kind of support they can’t get from anyone else at a time when they need it most.

We’re going to Guatemala to empower women by teaching them how to do quality self-breast exams.

We will also be providing over-the-counter reading glasses to those who have lost the ability to support themselves and their families through their handcrafts due to vision changes.

But most of all, we will bring love and support.

You can help …

by donating over-the-counter reading glasses.
